Yoga Instruction
Bring balance to your life โ or your workplace
About Your Practice
As a 200-RYT certified yoga teacher, I believe that yoga is not something you do only on the mat. It is a practice of awareness, breath, and intention that extends into every part of your day.
My teaching philosophy blends traditional mindfulness with the realities of modern life. You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced to start. You just need to show up. Whether you are a software engineer looking to counteract hours at a desk, a team leader seeking healthier workplace culture, or someone simply looking for more calm in a noisy world, there is a practice here for you.
I draw from vinyasa, hatha, and restorative traditions, adapting each session to the people in the room. The goal is never perfection โ it is presence.
What to Expect
Before Your Session
We start with a brief conversation about how you are feeling, any injuries or areas of focus, and what you hope to get from the practice. No experience necessary โ just comfortable clothing and an open mind.
During the Practice
Sessions typically run 60 to 75 minutes. We move through breathwork, warm-up, a flowing sequence tailored to your level, and a guided cool-down. Every session ends with savasana โ a few minutes of deep rest that makes the whole thing worth it.
After You Leave
You will walk away with a clearer mind, a more relaxed body, and practical techniques you can use anytime โ at your desk, before bed, or in moments of stress. Yoga does not end when the mat rolls up.
